  • Ensure all I&C work complies with design documents, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of field issues related to instrumentation, controls, and automation interfaces.
  • Collect and assemble I&C testing reports, inspection records, calibration documentation, and Construction Completion Records for turnover to the IPS QC/Commissioning/Validation team and the client as required.
  • Ensure proper distribution, review, and storage of I&C submittals, shop drawings, and vendor documentation.
  • Support the RFI process for I&C-related questions and clarifications.
  • Enforce safety requirements for all I&C field activities and review job safety analyses related to instrumentation and controls work.
  • Ensure I&C installations meet project quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor field execution to verify adherence to approved procedures, drawings, and specifications.

  • Maintain positive client interactions and represent IPS professionally on-site.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and pull planning coordination for I&C activities, including sequencing of installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the I&C budget and identify deviations throughout execution.
  • Assist with change control documentation, evaluation of payment requests, and management of I&C T&M change requests.
  • Produce daily reports capturing I&C progress, manpower, testing status, and site conditions.
