About The Position

The I-9 Document Witness serves as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm. Pay is $16 an hour.

Requirements

Excellent time management and organziational skills.
Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
Elevated communication skills orally and in writing, as well as the ability to empathize with others.
Ability to uphold professional manners while at work.
Must have strong telephone skills.
Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period.
The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Works within our i9Success product.
Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats.
Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to escalate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.
