The HR Co-Op Student will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the HR department. This includes answering and directing telephone calls from staff, the public, and outside vendors, as well as opening, date stamping, and scanning mail. The student will log information into the SharePoint system, perform copying and book binding, and assist with scanning projects. Additionally, the student will prepare and submit expense reports for department members as assigned, maintain Outlook contact files, and handle special projects as needed. The role requires proficiency in anticipating matters at hand and initiating action without requiring direction or supervision, while adhering to the company's values of integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation. The student will also support the company's vision and mission.
