About The Position

Balise is now seeking qualified technicians with a focus on production and overall customer satisfaction. As a Technician with Balise, you can expect a family-owned and operated dealership group with long-term job security, top-scale progressive compensation paid weekly for your production, experience, and skillset. The work environment is OSHA certified, clean, and professional, with career advancement opportunities available, as many of our Service Managers have started as Technicians. Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement.
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain the highest levels of quality and pride in work.
• Desire for income to increase with production.
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.
