Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (automotive experience not required)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
- Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Work with management and finance teams to create a seamless buying experience
- Follow up with customers and maintain a strong referral network
