Requirements

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Working knowledge of computers
Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

Experience in automotive sales is a plus
CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
Create an exceptional buying experience that builds long‑term customer relationships
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle
Learn and present vehicle features, model options, financing choices, and dealership services
Follow up promptly and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
Track customers using store‑specific management systems
Stay current on new products, features, and accessories
Attend product and training courses to continuously improve your skills
