Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as an automotive technician (Hyundai experience required or preferred)
• Hyundai Master Certification or progression toward completion of Hyundai STST/MST training
• Proven diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability using GDS or comparable OEM tools
• Commitment to OEM repair standards, precision workmanship, and safety protocols
• Dependable, motivated professional with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to mentor and support entry- and mid-level technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and advanced repairs on Hyundai vehicles, including electrical, engine, and drivability concerns
• Use Hyundai’s GDS diagnostic system and follow manufacturer repair guidelines
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and customers
• Support team productivity and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Participate in Hyundai factory training to stay current on model updates and emerging technologies
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a professional, collaborative shop environment
