About The Position

Billion Auto of Iowa City is seeking skilled Hyundai Service Technicians to join our growing, family-owned team with over 25+ locations. We offer up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and excellent benefits. Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Commitment to customer service and quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with high accuracy and efficiency, adhering to OEM and dealership standards.
• Proactively diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
• Examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service opportunities.
• Maintain open communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regarding repair orders, part needs, and time management.
• Accurately document all completed work and recommendations on repair orders.
• Ensure customer vehicles remain clean, notifying advisors immediately of any issues.
• Maintain a safe, orderly shop area and promptly report equipment malfunctions.
