About The Position

Fitness Connection is excited to launch HYROX Training Classes — a cutting-edge program designed to prepare athletes and fitness enthusiasts for the growing HYROX competition. We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable coaches to lead these classes and inspire members to push past their limits.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a fitness coach, trainer, or group instructor.
• Knowledge of functional training, strength and conditioning, or endurance sports.
• Passion for coaching athletes toward performance-based goals.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Nice To Haves

• HYROX competition experience or certification (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead HYROX-focused training classes that combine strength, conditioning, and endurance.
• Coach and motivate members of all fitness levels as they prepare for HYROX competition events.
• Provide expert instruction on form, technique, and pacing strategies.
• Create a supportive, high-energy class environment.
• Represent Fitness Connection’s commitment to helping members achieve their goals.
