About The Position
The Hyperbaric Technician is responsible for providing hyperbaric treatments in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies and procedures. This is a Per Diem position with rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate of Allied Health Program
- 0-2 years experience
- Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (Florida) or Paramedic (Florida)
- BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
- ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
Responsibilities
- Performs hyperbaric treatment for wound patients
- Perform hyperbaric treatments for emergency paitents
- Performs TCM oxygen measurements
- Maintains patient medical record
- Maintains chamber area & equipment
