The Hyper Wellness Representative at Restore Hyper Wellness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized consultations to clients seeking wellness solutions. This role is integral to creating a welcoming environment and promoting the company's services and products to help clients achieve their wellness goals. Representatives will engage with clients, manage memberships, and ensure a high-quality experience at the wellness center.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations to understand clients' wellness goals and tailor membership offerings accordingly.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging renewals and referrals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Onboard new clients with medical waivers and create profiles in the point-of-sales system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals, contributing to a goal-oriented environment.
• Utilize critical thinking and strong math and computer skills to assist with bookings, payments, and inventory management.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Uphold the company's values of reliability and responsibility in all interactions.
• Perform ongoing studio operations such as opening and closing, laundry, and basic studio cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
• Comfortable with consultative selling.
