About The Position

Are you ready to see what all the "HYPE" is about at Restore Hyper Wellness? Are you focused on being the best you can be each and every day and prepared to help others achieve it as well? We are looking for high-energy individuals to join our team for 15 to 20 hours per week, with availability for full-day shifts (9:30 am to 7:00 pm) on weekdays and weekends. As a Hyper Wellness Representative, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Passion: You are obsessed with health and wellness.
  • Sales Savvy: If you can sell your friends on a movie, you can sell and prescribe our services.
  • Experience: At least one year of customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Multitasking: You can balance high-energy sales with detailed store operations.
  • Availability: You are looking for a 15–20 hour schedule and are comfortable working full-day shifts (9:30 am – 7 pm) and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1+ year in customer service (required).
  • 1+ year in sales (required).
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
  • Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
  • Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Client Services: Greet clients, conduct studio tours, and onboard new members by completing medical waivers and profiles.
  • Education & Sales: Serve as an expert on Restore services; sell memberships and service packages tailored to client goals.
  • Store Operations: Facilitate the booking and scheduling process; perform opening and closing procedures to maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Team Support: Assist with store marketing, community outreach, and social media management.
  • Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
  • Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
  • Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
  • Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
  • Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
  • Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
  • Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
  • Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
  • Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
  • Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
