About The Position
The Hyland OnBase Systems Administrator will serve as the principal point of contact for all application software, database, and hardware that supports the OnBase solution for a government agency. This role involves daily administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the OnBase product, as well as assisting in the design and implementation of electronic business processes to eliminate paper records. The position requires both planned maintenance and emergency support, along with collaboration with various IT roles.
