Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care. In this role, you will support our hygiene team with both clinical and administrative tasks while helping create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient. We welcome candidates with experience, but we are also happy to train individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements

Dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization procedures preferred
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical procedures
Basic computer skills; dental software experience is a plus
A positive attitude and strong commitment to patient care

Responsibilities

Greet and escort patients, ensuring comfort and a positive experience
Prepare patients for hygiene procedures and routine examinations
Set up, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment according to safety standards
Assist hygienists chairside during procedures, including coronal polishing (if certified)
Provide patients with oral hygiene education and post-treatment instructions
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories
