Hygiene Coach Needed to support Central Ohio and Pittsburgh North American Dental Group is looking for a licensed, patient-focused hygienist, with a like-minded career vision, to provide best-in-class patient care and lead their hygienists towards excellence. Requirements

• Exhibit adaptability, being prepared to visit and assess our many practices in order to optimize patient care and hygiene practices
• Ability to work with teams productively and amicably, establishing relationships while coaching and guiding team members in our hygiene goals
• Display strong communication skills, discussing performance problems and identifying causes in order to resolve issues among our practices
• Possess strong leadership skills, training and instructing our team members and, when necessary, supporting office managers with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding in a highly exciting, fast-paced atmosphere
• Practice organizational skills while handling multiple tasks, special projects, and research when needed
