Purpose Performs hydrostatic and drift test on seamless pipe in a safe and efficient manner following Work Instructions and Procedures while complying with Tenaris Quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Must operate overhead crane
- Executes change over and set up of the machine using overhead crane.
- Performs Hydrotesting and Drifting machine operation.
- Verifies coolant levels, test time, and pressure meets work order specifications.
- Performs LOTO, preventitive maintenance (PM Day), and does daily operative maintenance (coolant level, machine adjustments, seals, etc.).
- Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
- Performs housekeeping of own workstation and Finishing line if needed.
