At Barron, our Hydronic Installation Technician will: Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service Perform maintenance to restore systems to engineer specifications and ensure maximum efficiency Troubleshoot and repair complex systems and controls Clearly communicate repair options and system improvement recommendations to customers Stay current on new equipment, emerging technologies, and applicable electrical codes Willingness to travel throughout Barron’s service areas as needed Work a 4-day schedule, with hours and days varying based on business needs Maintain flexibility to work longer hours when necessary to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers are fully served Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces An outstanding Hydronic Installation Technician will have the following natural strengths & talents: Strong attention to detail Excellent at prioritizing and managing time effectively Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Natural problem solver A passion for challenges A drive for continuous learning Team player who collaborates effectively

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Hydronics experience (required)
  • Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience installing and servicing Air to Water Heat Pumps (preferred)
