Key Responsibilities Manage multiple geologic and hydrogeologic investigation, compliance, and remediation projects from start to finish. Support and participate in site-characterization investigations, including geophysical surveys, well drilling oversight, geologic logging, groundwater sampling, and hydraulic testing events. Document, manage, and analyze data to develop graphical summaries and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, ArcGIS, Word, Sanitas, DUMPStat, AQTESOLV, or applicable software. Conduct routine monitoring events such as installing pressure transducers and measuring water levels. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to guide project execution. Coordinate and manage resources across multiple departments to ensure efficient project execution. Communicate project status regularly to team lead, senior management, clients, and other stakeholders through formal reports and presentations. Collect samples and use field instruments to monitor hydrologic conditions (groundwater, stormwater, surface water). Monitor job costs, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation; proactively address risks and issues. Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. Provide technical oversight and guidance to resolve field and scheduling challenges.
