About The Position

BHI , a nationally recognized and respected leader in construction services, is seeking a hardworking, safety-minded Hydro Vac Swamper to join our traveling field crew based out of Cedar City, UT. This hands-on, physically demanding role is essential to the safe and efficient operation of our hydro excavation trucks. The Swamper works directly with the Hydro Vac Operator to perform crucial non-destructive digging (NDD) around buried utilities and sensitive infrastructure. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20-$26 , commensurate with experience. Qualifications We are seeking a reliable Swamper who meets the following: Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Ability to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are mandatory. Must possess a valid driver's license. About B.H. Inc.
