About The Position

B.H. Inc in Cedar City, UT is seeking a highly responsible and safety-focused Hydro Excavation Equipment Operator to join our field operations team. This critical role involves the safe and precise operation of a hydro-vac truck to perform non-destructive excavation (NDE) around buried utilities and sensitive infrastructure. As an experienced Equipment Operator , you will earn $30 to $36 (depending on experience) per hour to start, paid weekly . The schedule for this position varies but is typically Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week. Requirements

Proven experience safely operating heavy equipment, preferably hydro-vac trucks (or similar vacuum/dump trucks).
Must possess a valid CDL with a clean driving record.
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, which may include overtime or extended shifts as required by project demands.
