About The Position

Hydraulic & Truck Equipment Installer (Bilingual) An equipment company in Fort Worth, is hiring hands-on truck equipment installers to build highway safety and construction vehicles. This is steady, full-time work with overtime available. We are looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates who are comfortable working with hydraulics, wiring, and mechanical systems. Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday OT available: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pay: $16–$22/hr DOE What You’ll Be Doing: Install crash cushions and arrow boards on trucks Run electrical wiring from front to back of vehicles Connect hydraulic systems and components (this is very important) Mechanical assembly and installation of truck equipment Light welding as needed Lead role (if applicable): guide installers, check quality, keep work moving What We’re Looking For: MUST be bilingual (Spanish & English) Experience with hydraulics on trucks or equipment Mechanical and electrical installation experience Backgrounds like truck upfitting, fleet mechanics, trailers, oilfield, or heavy equipment are a strong fit Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work Why This Job: Consistent hours and overtime Hands-on work (not flat-rate) Opportunity to move into a Lead role Long-term work, not temporary

Requirements

  • MUST be bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Experience with hydraulics on trucks or equipment
  • Mechanical and electrical installation experience
  • Backgrounds like truck upfitting, fleet mechanics, trailers, oilfield, or heavy equipment are a strong fit

Responsibilities
