About The Position

We are looking to fill an Accounts Payable / Receivable Receptionist position. We are looking for someone detail oriented, with good computer skills, customer service experience preferred, a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a team. You would be responsible for attending to the phone and interact with visitors face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers. Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and electronic filing as assigned. Act as back-up for other office staff, as needed. Provide light administrative duties.
