Nu-Pipe is seeking a dependable and skilled Hydraulic Mechanic to maintain and repair specialized spincasting construction equipment, including mixers, pumps, compressors, and support vehicles. This role is crucial for ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance on-site.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on mechanic experience with heavy construction or industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Comfortable working with large construction equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and guide a team.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostic, maintenance, and repair efforts for diesel engines, hydraulic systems, compressors, and rotating equipment.
Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance planning.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on spincasting rigs and support vehicles.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair plans with operations and project managers.
Mentor and guide junior mechanics in the shop, ensuring best practices and safety standards.
