About The Position

The Hydraulic Crane Operator is responsible for operating cranes to lift and move building materials from ground areas to trucks and the tops of structures. This role requires adherence to safety standards, effective communication with supervisors, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. The operator will assist with lift planning and must possess the necessary certifications to operate specific crane equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• NCCCO Telescopic Boom - Swing Cab certification required.
• NCCCO Lattice Boom Crawler certification preferred.
• 2 years of previous experience operating cranes preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Rough Terrain crane preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane to lift and move building materials from ground areas to trucks and other structures.
• Assist with lift planning and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
• Control crane movement in response to hand signals or radio commands from supervisors or signalers.
• Maintain proper certifications for operating specific crane equipment.
