We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Whole Life Insurance Business Development Director (Hybrid Wholesaler) to lead whole life distribution through a third-party distribution channel focused on independent financial professionals. We’re identifying new ways to support more Americans on their journey to financial wellbeing. This role is pivotal in supporting independent financial professionals who may operate in non-traditional markets, helping them grow their businesses through product education, sales support, and relationship management. In this role you will build and grow relationships with a select group of financial professionals across the United States, supporting sales efforts, training, and education. You will be accountable for driving production and increasing product penetration within this assigned group of financial professionals. This distribution effort is led by the Third Party Distribution and New Markets (TPD&NM) team , with dedicated support from a cross-functional group that includes New Business/Underwriting, Case Management, Client Experience and Services, Advisor Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Learning & Development, and Marketing.
