This position offers a highly sought-after split between in-office and virtual/work from home weekday schedule.

Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

• Experience in a hybrid care model
• Interest in teaching and mentoring

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages (Pediatrics and Adults, or Adults only)
• Participate in optional teaching with faculty appointment
• Manage phone call duties, averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight every 2 months
• Engage in patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment
