About The Position
The Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic at the West Virginia University College of Law seeks a fellow to start on or after July 1, 2025. The Fellow position is a two-year appointment with the opportunity for reappointment based on performance and funding availability. The Clinic represents veterans and their dependents with consumer legal claims, including issues with predatory lending and fraud. The Clinic represents veterans throughout West Virginia, with a particular focus on those in rural areas. The Clinic enrolls between 6 - 12 law students every semester.
