Job Summary and Responsibilities Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! Location: CUMC-Bergan Campus off of 77th & Mercy Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, No weekends, No holidays & No call! What You'll Be Doing: You'll be our clinical chameleon, seamlessly transitioning between direct patient care and providing expert support in our fast-paced office setting. You'll be the go-to for our patients during their in-clinic visits, performing assessments, taking vital signs, assisting with examinations and procedures (like catheter changes, cystoscopies, biopsies – you've got this!), and ensuring their comfort and understanding. You'll be a vital resource for patient education, explaining complex diagnoses, medication regimens, and post-procedure care in a way that truly empowers them to manage their urological health. Think of yourself as a health translator! Your phone triage skills will shine as you assess patient concerns, provide sound medical advice over the phone, and determine the appropriate level of care, all while maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
