About The Position
Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team of mental health professionals. This position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new employees. The Social Worker will play a crucial role in connecting youth and families to resources as they reintegrate into the community. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple supports and providers to ensure treatment planning and supportive services are aligned. The Social Worker will also cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and be available for crisis intervention as needed. The Transition Age Youth (TAY) program focuses on the unique needs of youth ages 16 - 25, providing a comprehensive support system that includes case coordination, individual and family therapy, independent living skills, behavioral coaching, education support, and employment support.
