Cardinal is dedicated to supporting happy, healthy, and highly performing clinicians. We are currently hiring BCBAs, Lead BCBAs, and future Clinical Directors. Our organization values individual contributions and offers flexible schedules designed collaboratively with the team. We maintain small caseloads to ensure that our BCBAs can focus on providing individualized care for each child. We also provide a growth structure that allows clinicians to follow their passions, whether that means advancing to Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles or moving into program-specific specialties. Our BCBAs lead a team of student RBTs who are eager to learn and assist in providing care. We emphasize a collaborative team environment, even while working remotely, with regular team meetups and events.
