About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Based in Central Mass, our programs and services make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families, offering hope, healing, and comprehensive behavioral health support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented hybrid Recruiter to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our mission, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals to support our programs and services. The recruiter will work in a flexible hybrid environment with the opportunity to shape a career that impacts lives.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Prepare and manage onboarding files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed for new hires.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the interview process and ensure statuses are up to date in our recruitment system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and extend job offers, guiding candidates through the decision-making process.
• Assist the People Operations (PO) team with background screenings and compliance tracking.
• Provide support with secondary sourcing efforts and any other recruitment-related duties as needed.
