About The Position
The Hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for delivering mental health services in a hybrid capacity, combining in-person and telehealth visits to provide comprehensive care to clients of all ages. This role includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients. The LCSW will work under the supervision of the Program Director and will be committed to promoting the well-being of individuals and families through evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
- Experience in mental health settings with demonstrated clinical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Cultural competence and a commitment to serving diverse populations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth practices and technologies preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
