About The Position
The Hybrid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide essential mental health services through both in-person and virtual formats. This unique position entails conducting client assessments, designing tailored treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions aimed at enhancing emotional and psychological well-being. The ideal candidate is Bilingual Spanish speaking, reading and writing and will have a passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to supporting diverse populations in achieving their personal goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a clinical setting.
- Competence in using digital platforms for telehealth services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in therapy practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
