About The Position

The Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic in the College of Law at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a (Hybrid) FRPP Fellow (Program Coordinator). We strongly believe in work-life balance and keeping time for things we love outside our work.

Requirements

• J.D. or LL.M. from ABA - accredited law school.
• A minimum of one (1) year of prior work experience with document review preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal documents and instruments primarily related to easements in the Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) of the United State Department of Agriculture.
• Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats.
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic’s activities as to the FRPP program.
