This role is part of a specialized team focused on driving sales growth by building a book of business through field sales marketing activities, in-home and community-based sales efforts, and new member acquisition using a state-of-the-art lead generation platform supported by real-time analytics. The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, and eager to join a growing business segment. The manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing captive sales agents to achieve monthly sales goals using CVS Health/Aetna's competitive portfolio of Medicare Advantage & DSNP products within an assigned market. They will support their team in managing community event activity and utilizing corporate and self-generated lead reporting to develop monthly and annual sales plans aligned with member growth targets.
