Field Interviewers play a key role in collecting confidential survey data that informs critical social research. This role requires empathy, clear and transparent verbal communication skills, and the ability to be a self-starter. This is a flexible, autonomous, independent contractor role where you set your own schedule and work at your own pace. Using a company-provided tablet and software, Field Interviewers contact pre-identified participants to conduct surveys either in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom videoconference. As you collect participant answers, you’ll collaborate with our internal research team to ensure high-quality, ethical data collection that helps elevate underserved voices, contributing to the overall success of the research team.
