About The Position

BTST takes an individualized and strength-based approach to care, as we realize that each person’s need and required treatment modalities are unique and vary case by case. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Provide mental health services including assessments to individuals and families during sessions Prepares correspondence, progress notes, and other records on individual progress. Provide the necessary care and support to help patients cope with various life challenges to improve their lives. Ask questions and listen to help patients explore their thoughts and feelings. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to improve outcomes. Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to adhere to the areas of regulatory compliance, professional standards, and ethical practices. Meet with assigned consumers weekly, or otherwise as determined by the needs of the consumer. Attend individual and/or group supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor and professional licensing body. Requirements

• Master’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience providing therapy to children and families
• Must have an active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT)
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
• Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural diversity and special needs population
• Willing to see clients in person.
