The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves creating and editing legal documents to client specifications using applicable software, transcribing tapes, scanning and cleaning documents, and converting documents to/from different file formats. The associate will also use document comparison software, red-lining, and general editing to correct legal documents as directed, produce spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents as requested, recover/restore corrupted document files when needed, and handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information. Communication with managers and supervisors on job or deadline issues is essential, as well as adherence to Williams Lea Tag policies in addition to client site policies. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
