About The Position
The Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute at West Virginia University Research Corporation is currently accepting applications for a (Hybrid) Accounting Assistant. Serve as a purchasing agent within Mountaineer Market Place, ChromeRiver (WVU and WVUF) and hold a purchasing card, for departmental procurement use. Processing includes: monitoring documentation and organizing receipts for appropriate signatures, seeking out missing documentation, preparing travel authorizations and expense reimbursement forms. May be required to coordinate staff travel needs with associated executive assistants.
