About The Position

Hunter Hamilton has an exciting opportunity with one of our Austin Tech clients! They are looking for an Account Executive to support maintaining their existing client relationships and revenue of established books of business. You'll need to have keen sales skills - understanding and identifying pain points, showcasing data backed trends, creating urgency, and relationship building. You will be an agile resource which will be responsible for supporting a Sales Director with maintaining client relationships and revenue across teams and/or markets. In your role you may be required to move from team to team within Sales, based on business needs. Your commercial focus, tenacity and agility will enable you to ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people. You will be supporting roughly 50 enterprise accounts ranging from tech, healthcare, retail, transportation, and logistics industries. These books of businesses are current or previous customers, varying from re-engagement needs to focusing on account growth or maintenance needs. The Account Executive acts as an advisor to these clients, assisting them in developing best strategies and practices for their overall hiring needs. You'll work with HR and TA teams, reaching out to decision makers, engaging prospects in understanding their current business issues or problems, and align sales strategies with their overall needs. To do this, you'll be aiming to make roughly 35 - 40 calls per day, in order to reach 7 to 10 discovery calls per week. You'll be trained on our client's products, services, and sales process - as well utilizing your knowledge and expertise to dig into core business problems.
