About The Position
The HW NPI Operations Manager at Broadcom's Core Switching Group (CSG) is responsible for leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) processes related to PCB and assembly manufacturing, system assembly and testing, lab management, and supply chain management. This role is critical for ensuring that reference systems are built to the highest quality standards and delivered on time to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong technical background in hardware system operations, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
