The Case Manager is responsible for assessing client needs and developing individualized goal plans to support veterans in achieving long term, sustainable employment. Through the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP), the Case Manager connects veterans to training opportunities, support services and community resources while assisting them with overcome barriers to employment. The Case Manager works collaboratively to develop and maintain healthy business relationships that contribute to the successful and long term employment of veterans. The role includes conducting outreach to employers and community partners to build strong relationships focused on creating employment opportunities for veterans. The Case Manager actively participants in job fairs, recruitment events and community engagement activities to promote veteran hiring initiatives. Responsibilities also include delivering supportive services based on individual needs, maintaining accurate and timely documentation and traveling within the community to meet with veterans, employers, and partner organizations.
