About The Position

Parker & Sons is currently seeking PEAK Technicians (Start-up) & Warranty Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Peak Technicians will perform in-depth Quality Checks, Airflow Analysis, and Duct Evaluation. Warranty Service Technicians will perform warranty-related service calls, specializing in HVAC installation and newer technology.

Requirements

• 2 years+ experience required for Peak Technicians
• 3+ years of experience for Warranty Service Technicians
• EPA Certification is a MUST
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
• Attention to detail
• Pass a background check & drug screen with a clean MVR
• Be over 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Service Titan
• Excellent customer service skills
