HVAC Warranty Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to serve as a technical expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex warranty-related installation and service issues. This role supports service quality, reduces repeat calls, and strengthens technician performance through mentorship, training, and collaboration. Requirements
- 3 Years of HVAC Service or Install experience - diagnostic skills
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and long-term solutions
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Run warranty calls
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC installation and service-related warranty issues
- Identify repeat issues and support training initiatives to improve technician performance
- Mentor and coach service technicians and installers
- Partner with Dispatch and Service Management to resolve warranty calls efficiently
- Repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service documentation
- Order parts to support timely repair completion
