About The Position

Parker & Sons is currently seeking PEAK Technicians (Start-up) & Warranty Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Peak Technicians will perform in-depth Quality Checks, Airflow Analysis, and Duct Evaluation. Warranty Service Technicians will perform warranty-related service calls, specializing in HVAC installation and newer technology. The company has been serving homeowners and businesses since 1974 and is recognized nationally for its expertise in heating, cooling, plumbing, and air quality services.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ experience required for Peak Technicians (HVAC)
  • 3+ years of experience for Warranty Service Technicians
  • EPA Certification is a MUST
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
  • Pass a background check & drug screen with a clean MVR
  • Be over 21 years of age

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in maintenance, performing quality checks, airflow analysis, duct evaluation, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
