About The Position

We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting complex HVAC and refrigeration issues and ensuring compliance with industry codes and regulations.

Requirements

• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• HVAC Technical Training/Degree from a trade school or associate degree in HVAC or mechanical engineering technology.
• State or Local HVAC License.
• 2-5 years of experience in the field.
• Experience with commercial systems, split systems, VRF/VRV, and heat pumps.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and understand HVAC codes.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with smart HVAC systems such as smart thermostats and EKTOS.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Experience with specific brands like Lenux and Trane.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, thermostats, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
• Utilize digital tools for work orders and service apps.
