About The Position

We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience
• Type 1 and Type 2 certifications
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus
• Experience with older buildings is a plus
• Must be organized and maintain a clean work space
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Install new HVAC systems as required
• Communicate daily with the office manager regarding job progress and supply needs
• Report to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur
• Adhere to established policies and procedures, particularly safety regulations
• Maintain an organized and clean work space
