This job involves overseeing the daily operation of site HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities, and other systems including water and steam. This role focuses heavily on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across all systems. A high percentage of hands-on work is expected. Candidates should demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC-R maintenance & troubleshooting, with multi-skill capabilities in areas such as pipe fitting/plumbing and electrical work. Strong mechanical and electrical abilities are required, along with willingness to work across trades as needed.
