About The Position

The HVAC Technician position in Chantilly, VA, is responsible for providing a full range of industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration maintenance and repair skills. This includes maintenance and repair of industrial HVAC equipment, HVAC DDC control systems, laboratory and general exhaust systems, and hot water heat boilers. The technician will also perform equivalent or lower-level services in all phases of facility maintenance as required. The purpose of this position is to provide in-house HVAC skills and services to address the duties and responsibilities listed herein.

Responsibilities

• Provides a full range of industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration maintenance and repair skills.
• Maintenance and repair of industrial HVAC equipment.
• Maintenance and repair of HVAC DDC control systems.
• Maintenance and repair of laboratory and general exhaust systems.
• Maintenance and repair of hot water heat boilers.
• Perform equivalent or lower-level services in all phases of facility maintenance as required.
