HVAC Technician
About The Position
We are looking for an organized, reliable In-house Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team responsible for general upkeep of our Elite sport club health club facilities. Primary responsibilities will be HVAC. Must have knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Air handlers, RTU's and the control's. Candidate will also be required to perform a wide variety of semi-skilled building maintenance, general labor and light repair tasks, and perform any related duties as required. Specific knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is also required. Applicant must possess a working knowledge of building operational systems to ensure maximum up time on all systems and equipment. Works autonomously on regular PM tasks and HVAC systems upkeep as part of a larger facility maintenance team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Air handlers, RTU's and the control's
- 3 years of experience in Air handlers, RTU's and the control's
- Specific knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of building operational systems
